Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
The Snappy Tom 60th Anniversary “Buy, Snap & Win” Contest (“Contest”) is organized by Snappy Tom Malaysia (“the Organizer”).
2. Contest Period
The Contest runs from 15 December 2025 to 31 January 2026 (“Contest Period”). All entries received after 31 January 2026, 11:59 PM will not be accepted. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, or modify the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
a. The Contest is open to all residents of Malaysia, of all ages.
b. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Participate
To join the Contest:
- Record a creative 15–30 second video showing your enjoyable moment feeding Snappy Tom to your cat.
- Ensure the Snappy Tom product is clearly visible in the video.
- Post your video on TikTok.
- Tag @snappytommalaysia and include the hashtag #SnappyTomBuySnapWin in your caption.
- The video with the highest number of likes on TikTok by the end of the Contest Period will be declared the winner.
5. Prizes
A total of 13 winners will be selected as follows:
- Grand Prize (1 winner): iPhone 17 (256GB)
- 2nd Prize (1 winner): iPad Air (128GB)
- 3rd Prize (1 winner): PETKIT PURA MAX 2 Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box
- Consolation Prizes (10 winners): RM100 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload Pin each
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement
a. Entries must be posted on TikTok between 15 December 2025 and 31 January 2026.
b. The video with the highest number of likes on TikTok by 31 January 2026, 11:59 PM will be declared the winner for the respective prize tier.
c. Winners will be announced on Snappy Tom Malaysia’s official social media pages within 30 working days after the contest ends.
d. Winners must respond and provide their personal and delivery details within 10 days after the announcement, or their prize will be forfeited.
7. Rights of the Organizer
a. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.
b. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, unclear, contain inappropriate content, or fail to follow the contest rules.
c. All videos submitted under the hashtag #SnappyTomBuySnapWin become the property of the Organizer and may be used for marketing, publicity, or promotional purposes without further consent or payment.
d. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Contest, or change any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. Liability
The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants or third parties arising from participation in this Contest or the redemption of any prize.
9. Privacy Notice
By participating, participants agree that the Organizer may collect, use, and disclose their personal data for purposes related to the Contest administration and prize fulfilment.
10. Organizer’s Decision
The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
